1. I go through bouts of insomnia with changes in my life or when I'm stressed, ie I just moved to a new state alone and started my first big girl job.
2. Guy upstairs who's alarm goes off for at least an hour before he gets up- oh and it goes off at least 20 minutes before mine.
3. Next door: squeaky bed, loud girlfriend. Disgusting.
4. I don't go to bed early enough, which leaves me less time to sleep, plus its about that time when number 3 occurs. :(

That's what Sam keeps telling me. I need to break down and buy some. Then practice on the weekend to make sure I can hear my own alarm!
If your bed is against the same wall, you can also try moving the bed! It won't kill the sound but it'll help.
Good suggestion BU. I'd thought of that, but don't have enough muscles to move my dresser from the other wall. . I may try that out when I get another set of hands.
